We have added our *NEW* Lotus Education Room to the Wellness Center and it is now open for everyone to enjoy! Whether it is a private meeting or a public workshop, this space is meant to host all things wellness-focused. A big part of our mission is to provide affordable educational experiences to all walks of life and this space is no exception.
WEEKLY MEDITATION CLASSES
Offered by Donation
This offering has been highly requested by our community and we are thrilled to now be offering weekly 45-Minute Meditation Classes! Every week from Monday through Thursday at 5pm, simply show up as you are to sit - there is no prior meditation experience needed to join us. Classes are offered by donation $5 - $15 suggested per class (Cash and Venmo accepted).
