These Terms of Use & Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yogalution Movement website, mobile application, online courses, digital content, memberships, classes, workshops, teacher trainings, retreats, events, community features, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Yogalution Movement LLC ("Yogalution Movement," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional agreements that apply to specific Services, including our Membership Agreements and Participant Agreement, Health Acknowledgment, Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver.

Certain Services—including memberships, classes, workshops, events, retreats, teacher trainings, and other wellness offerings—are also governed by separate agreements that supplement these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a more specific agreement, the more specific agreement will govern with respect to the applicable Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account, purchase memberships, enroll in online courses, or enter into agreements through our Services unless acting through a parent or legal guardian.

By using our Services, you represent that:

•  You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
•  You will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Accounts & Account Security

Certain features require you to create an account through Kajabi, Mariana Tek, or another platform we may use in the future.

You are responsible for:

•  Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
•  All activity occurring under your account.
•  Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.

You agree not to:

•  Share your account credentials.
•  Allow others to access your account.
•  Create false or misleading accounts.
•  Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

We offer memberships, classes, workshops, retreats, teacher trainings, online courses, digital products, gift cards, retail merchandise, and other services.

Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers that may include Stripe, Kajabi Payments, PayPal, or other payment processors we utilize.

Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellation policies, and membership terms are governed by the applicable Membership Agreement or purchase terms.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in writing:

•  Purchases are non-refundable.
•  Purchases are non-transferable.
•  Failure to use purchased services does not create a right to a refund, extension, or credit.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Yogalution Movement LLC. Messages may include, but are not limited to:

•  Class and event confirmations
•  Appointment and reservation reminders
•  Waitlist notifications
•  Account alerts
•  Billing notifications
•  Membership updates
•  Studio announcements
•  Promotional offers
•  Workshop and event announcements
•  Customer service communications

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your membership status, reservations, purchases, account activity, and communication preferences.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier's messaging plan. Yogalution Movement LLC is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred through your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out & Help

You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive marketing SMS messages unless you opt in again.

6. Community Standards

9. Artificial Intelligence & Automated Use

•  Use automated bots or software to copy or monitor our Services except through generally accepted search engine indexing.

Your use of those third-party platforms may also be governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.

Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.
