Practice proper alignment and the coordination of breath with movement to create a meditative,
flowing routine that you can do daily to invite more peace and bliss into your life.

WHAT TO BRING
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, pen & notebook and anything else that makes you comfortable. Arrive to the studio 10 minutes early for check-in and to get settled in.
