EVENT EXPERIENCE

Step into your strength and awaken the warrior within. Warrior Workout is a dynamic experience designed to challenge the body, focus the mind, and leave you feeling both energized and restored.

The session begins with a high-energy workout led by NASM-certified personal trainer Benjamin Moore or Bmoor, designed to build mental resilience and mind-body connection through intentional movement. After the physical challenge, we shift inward with guided breathwork meditation and a restorative sound bath led by yoga teacher and sound facilitator Carli Baldwin, helping the nervous system settle and integrate the work of the body.

Together, this powerful combination of strength training, breath, and sound invites participants to explore deeper layers of physical and mental resilience — connecting to the steady, focused presence of the warrior within.

CARLI BALDWIN

Carli is a yoga teacher & sound bath facilitator passionate about creating space for movement, mindfulness, and connection. With a background in modern dance, Thai kick-boxing and wilderness adventure, she brings a playful, creative and fun energy to her yoga and movement classes and grounding, nature-inspired elements to her sound baths. 

Carli specializes in invigorating and accessible vinyasa sequences, yoga for recovery, trauma-informed yoga, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and has sought continuous ongoing education since receiving her teaching certification in 2021. Whether it's through private or group classes, workshops, retreats or group hikes, Carli's mission is to guide others towards balance, resiliency, adventure and inner peace. IG: @yogawithcarli
