EVENT EXPERIENCE
Learn the steps in every Creative Cycle to be free
I wasn’t creative in my 20s.
Now I’ve written 24 best selling Conscious Bedtime Stories children’s, 10 poetry anthologies, and carved a series of wooden sculptures with my hands.
Discovering my creative spark—my voice—saved my life.
And since then, I’ve spent 15 years mapping what happens between inspiration and completion.
Not as a theory. As practice.
I’ve worked at the intersection of creative self-expression, early childhood wounding and energy healing long enough to know this: Most people aren’t blocked because they’re lazy.
They’re blocked because their safety system is louder than their desire to create.
When you don’t know how the Creative Cycle works, you risk mistaking every pause, wobble, or doubt as a reason to quit—rather than a signpost on the path to success.
The Creative Cycle map is not cute and fluffy. It will shine a light on where you quit, skip or bypass essential stages needed for full self-expression and self-worth.Â
Then the choice is yours.
Stay in the old pattern or become who you were meant to be.
If your big dream is still trapped in your body, let’s change that.
