RAY'S JOURNEY INTO YOGA
Ray fell into yoga trying to find relief for back pain caused by a work injury in 2014. After 3 weeks of yoga at the Bluff, the pain went away and has never came back. This fueled his passion to deepen his practice for self exploration as well as share it with others so they may also find relief.
After years of inviting many to yoga on the bluff, He decided it was time to take the next step and signed up for Yoga Teacher Training in fall of 2021. Grateful for the opportunity to share medicinal movement and mental maintenance, as well as be a peace ambassador in support of the Yogalution Movement.
