An Afternoon Full of Love, Connection and Healing
We unite in community to share, make friends, laugh and look forward with hope.
Join us as we come together for a fun and relaxing afternoon which includes a gentle, healing yoga practice, followed by a vision boarding party with delicious refreshments, socialization and a special musical guest. After creating your vision board you’ll snuggle up and bask in a sound bath experience that will transport you to a place of deep rest and renewal to unleash your power of manifestation.
At the end of this rejuvenating afternoon retreat each guest will receive a special parting gift.
You belong here whether you’re a shy beginner, a yogi with decades of experience or one who’s had a previous uncomfortable experience with yoga; you belong here and you will be enveloped with love and welcoming vibes.

Sue Perkins is a Long Beach yoga teacher, sound healer and peace ambassador who leads her classes with love and healing joy. She teaches from her heart and enjoys connecting with students to help guide them toward leading their most fulfilling lives as their most authentic selves.
