Yogalution Movement Peace Ambassador

David was born and raised in Colton, California and moved to Long Beach to complete his undergraduate degree. He discovered yoga in 2019 as a means of physical healing and subsequently began to experience the mental and  spiritual development of the practice. It was through yoga that he began to experience self-love, inner peace, and joy. Hoping to share his findings with others, he applied to Yogalution’s 200-hour teacher training in the fall of 2022.

Currently, David is pursuing his calling by enrolling at UCI’s biomedical engineering doctoral program while teaching yoga to his community. His teaching style encourages individuals to shape their practice towards their needs while blending meditation, Hatha, vinyasa/flow, and breathing.
