EVENT EXPERIENCE

There is often a gap between what we understand and how we actually live, in our thinking, our reactions, and our choices.

We can study, reflect, hear wisdom, and gain real insight, yet still find ourselves reacting from fear, habit, conditioning, attachment, avoidance, or emotion. Many of us know what is healthy, spiritual, or helpful, yet struggle to consistently apply it in daily life.

Sometimes we stay in that gap for years, believing that understanding alone is enough. But that space may actually be inviting us into something deeper: honesty, application, transformation, and practice.

This workshop is open to all and 12 Step friendly. Drawing on practical tools and insights from the Bhagavad Gita As It Is, we will explore that space between knowledge and lived experience, and begin applying what we already know while becoming open to what we still need to learn.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
• Why we often struggle to live what we already know
• Practical spiritual tools for awareness, action, and change
• How to begin closing the gap between insight and daily living

WHAT TO EXPECT
• Interactive discussions, reflection exercises, and practical application
• Honest conversation in a welcoming and respectful environment
• Simple tools you can begin applying immediately in daily life
