EVENT EXPERIENCE

Do you ever feel disconnected and sense there is more to this life than what meets the eye? Join us for a new moon gathering devoted to remembering what is deeply rooted within. This event is part of a bi-monthly new moon series offering tools for reflection, reconnection and remembrance.

This event is devoted to easing stress and remembering the body as a place of refuge. This gentle new moon gathering offers simple, accessible tools for calming the nervous system, including grounding yin yoga, holding restorative postures, practicing pranayama along with a guided meditation. Through reflective readings and intentional journaling, we’ll create space to pause, reset, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness within. The evening will close with a deeply nurturing sound bath, allowing the practices to settle fully into the body and be carried into daily life. No experience is necessary—just a willingness to slow down, soften, and remember that calm is something we can return to again and again.

ANTHA OF JUST BE WELLNESS

Antha is a certified yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner blending mindful movement, subtle-energy work, and heart-centered presence. A lifelong meditator and learner, she weaves wisdom from the Tao, Khalil Gibran, and Rumi, along with contemporary teachings such as The Four Agreements and The Untethered Soul into her classes.

Her offerings combine grounded alignment, soulful breath, and gentle empowerment, inviting students to move with intention, soften the mind, and reconnect with their true nature. Guided by the spirit of curiosity and compassion, Antha creates space for renewal, discovery, and embodied joy.
