And through the process discovered more about herself, and the awareness continues to grow, she is deeply connected to divinity and continues her journey with awe and wonder through the practice of yoga Prayer and meditation.  This class brings harmony to the soul featuring restorative movement and mindfulness connecting breath to movement Leanne leads you through a beautiful flow, bringing you to deep relaxation.
