Are you experiencing burn out, feeling stretched thin, or disconnected? When life becomes full, fast, and demanding, it can be easy to lose touch with the quiet wisdom within. This gentle new moon gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften, and remember what is still true beneath the noise.

Join us for an afternoon devoted to renewal, reflection, and reconnection. Through grounding breathwork, nourishing yin yoga, guided meditation, reflective journaling, and intentional stillness, we’ll create space to release what feels heavy, calm the nervous system, and return to the body as a place of refuge.

This gathering is for anyone longing for a deeper connection to self—whether you’re moving through stress, transition, emotional fatigue, or simply craving a meaningful pause. Together, we’ll explore what is ready to be released, what wants to be remembered, and what may quietly be asking to bloom in this season.

No experience is necessary—simply a willingness to slow down, breathe, and meet yourself with tenderness.

Wear comfortable clothes, a yoga mat, a journal, pen, and an open heart. Arrive to the studio 10 minutes early for check-in and to get settled in.

ANTHA OF JUST BE WELLNESS

Antha is a certified yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner blending mindful movement, subtle-energy work, and heart-centered presence. A lifelong meditator, she weaves wisdom from the ancients such as the Tao, the Bhagavad Gita, and contemporary teachings like The Four Agreements and The Untethered Soul into her classes.

Her offerings combine grounded alignment, soulful breath, and gentle empowerment, inviting students to move with intention, soften the mind, and reconnect with their true nature. Guided by the spirit of curiosity and compassion, Antha creates space for renewal, discovery, and embodied joy.
