Effective for the January 2026 Cohort

Enrollment in Align With Your Divine Design (“Program”) constitutes your full agreement to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website, via online checkout, or through third-party payment processors.

1. Program Overview

Align With Your Divine Design is a 10-week online mentorship and training experience for yoga teachers and wellness leaders seeking to deepen their teaching path, refine their authentic voice, and create soul-aligned offerings.

This program includes:

• Weekly live group mentorship sessions
• Implementation time during sessions
• A private course portal with replays and materials
• Worksheets and guided exercises
• A private WhatsApp group for support between sessions

This is not a certification course. It is a hybrid educational-mentorship experience focused on clarity, embodiment, and aligned business development.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have access to a computer, phone, or tablet with internet
• Be able to use the Kajabi portal (no tech expertise required)
• Be willing to engage respectfully with peers and facilitators

By enrolling, you affirm that you understand the Program’s scope and agree to all policies listed herein.

3. Tuition, Payments, & Billing Policies

3.1 Tuition & Payment Options

• Pay in Full: $1,800 one-time payment
• 3-Month Payment Plan: $650/month (3 payments)
• Total payment plan cost: $1,950

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, without exception.

3.2 Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered:

• Your payment method will be auto-charged on the same date each month.
• You are responsible for ensuring your card or account remains active.

3.3 Failed Payments

If an installment payment fails, the following policy and payment recovery process will apply:

• Immediate Notification
  You will receive an automatic email notification at the time the payment fails instructing you to update your payment information.
• Reminder Schedule
  Additional reminder emails will be sent as follows:
• Day 3: First reminder to update payment information. 
• Day 5: Second reminder to update payment information.

• Day 7 – Temporary Suspension of Access
  If payment has not been successfully processed by Day 7, access to the Program portal and all associated materials will be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.
• Final Recovery Window (Days 7–13)
  Between Days 7 and 13, you will receive two additional reminder emails.
  During this time, you may restore full access at any point by submitting a successful payment.
• Day 14 – Enrollment Cancellation
  If payment remains unresolved 14 days after the initial failed payment, your enrollment will be automatically canceled, and all access to the Program will be permanently revoked.
  No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for missed or unresolved payments.
• Restoration of Access
  If your payment successfully processes within the first 13 days following the failed payment, your access to the Program will be automatically restored.

3.4 No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Program and instant access to materials, all payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Scheduling conflicts
• Non-use of the Program
• Failure to attend live sessions
• Personal emergencies
• Changes in circumstances
• Dissatisfaction with the Program

Your enrollment is considered a binding agreement.

4. Program Structure, Access, & Participation

4.1 Live Sessions

• Program begins January 14, 2026 at 2pm PST.
• Live attendance is encouraged but not required.
• All sessions are recorded and uploaded to your private portal.

4.2 Recordings & Access Duration

You will have access to all replays and materials for 30 days after the Program ends.

After that date, portal access may close and materials may no longer be available.

4.3 Participation

You agree to:

• Engage respectfully with peers
• Ask for support when needed
• Participate to the best of your ability
• Maintain confidentiality (see Section 7)

4.4 WhatsApp Group

Participation in the WhatsApp community is optional but encouraged.
You are expected to maintain respectful communication within the group.

5. Technology Requirements

You understand that:

• You must have reliable internet access.
• Tech issues on your end do not qualify for refunds.
• All calls, replays, and materials are hosted in one course platform.

Support is available for login or access issues, but Yogalution Movement LLC is not responsible for outages or user-end technical problems.

6. Code of Conduct & Grounds for Removal

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, you agree to uphold the following behaviors:

6.1 Expected Conduct

• Respectful communication
• Professional interactions
• Non-disruptive presence on live calls
• Honoring community confidentiality
• Commitment to your inner work and personal integrity

6.2 Grounds for Immediate Removal

The following may result in removal without refund:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive speech
• Disruptive behavior that harms the group experience
• Sharing confidential information outside the Program
• Misuse or distribution of course materials
• Failure to comply with payment obligations
• Violating intellectual property terms (below)

If removed for misconduct, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued.

7. Confidentiality Agreement

The Program includes personal sharing, reflection, and sensitive discussions.
You agree to:

• Keep all participant shares confidential
• Not record, distribute, or publish any session content
• Not share screenshots, videos, or conversations from the WhatsApp group
• Maintain privacy regarding Dharma’s guidance, coaching moments, or personal shares

Breaching confidentiality is grounds for immediate removal without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All Program content is the exclusive property of Yogalution Movement LLC, including:

• Video recordings
• Training modules
• Worksheets
• Mentorship frameworks
• Teaching materials
• Written content
• Processes, exercises, and guided practices
• Audio, visual, and conceptual materials

You MAY NOT:

• Copy or redistribute any content
• Share your login with others
• Repurpose content for your own programs or trainings
• Sell or publish Program materials
• Recreate or replicate the curriculum

Violations may result in legal action and program removal.

9. Liability Release & Assumption of Risk

You understand that this Program includes:

• Coaching
• Mentorship
• Reflective practices
• Business strategy discussions
• Personal and emotional exploration

By enrolling, you agree that:

• You participate voluntarily
• You assume all risks associated with personal development work
• You are responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical well-being
• This Program does not replace therapy, medical care, or legal/business advice

You release Yogalution Movement LLC, its owners, facilitators, staff, and representatives from liability for:

• Injuries
• Damages
• Emotional distress
• Loss of income
• Business outcomes
• Personal decisions made as a result of the Program

This release applies to all Program components, including live calls, coaching, WhatsApp support, and course materials.

10. Media Release

By participating, you grant permission for Yogalution Movement LLC to:

• Capture screenshots, photos, or portions of live sessions (excluding private WhatsApp conversations)
• Use non-sensitive images or clips for promotional purposes

Participation in promotional media is not required.
If you prefer not to be used in marketing materials, you may contact [email protected] to opt out.

11. No Guarantees of Results

You understand that:

• All business, teaching, and internal transformation outcomes depend on your effort, participation, and consistency
• Yogalution Movement LLC does not guarantee financial outcomes, specific career results, or personal breakthroughs

This Program provides support, tools, and guidance.
Students are responsible for implementing what they learn.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any legal disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.

13. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in Align With Your Divine Design and submitting payment, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and fully understand these Terms & Conditions
• You understand that all payments are non-refundable
• You agree to all policies regarding participation, confidentiality, and conduct
• You agree to the liability waiver and release
• You understand there are no guarantees of specific outcomes
• Your enrollment is a binding agreement

Your purchase constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
