7-WEEK CHAKRA WORKSHOP SERIES
Sundays, October 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, November 5th & 12th
with Joeline Navarro in our **Lotus Education Room**

WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE
Translated to “wheel” or “disk,” the word chakra describes an energetic system that expresses life force energy. In yoga, chakras are used to illustrate the way energy is moved in the body. Often times, chakras can be blocked by childhood traumas, cultural conditioning, limited belief systems, unhealthy habits, or just lack of attention. There may be an excess or deficiency in energy as a result of one’s coping mechanisms or negative experiences. Avoidance leads to chakra deficiency and overcompensation leads to chakra excess. Through rebalancing these energy centers in the body, feelings of distress and stagnancy can dissolve, opening up space for new sensations and possibilities.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
In this 7-week series, we will learn about the chakras and engage in embodiment practices, including yoga, meditation, breathwork, light journaling and reflection to promote balance. Each week, we will focus on one of the energy centers and develop specific tools to help you feel more aligned and connected.
Total Cost is $175 for 7 weeks or $30 a session. Space is limited. Priority will be given to those who RSVP for the entire series.
Please reserve your spot by submitting payment via Venmo to Joeline-Navarro or Zelle (Joelinenavarro@gmail.com). Please put “Chakra Series” along with your email address in the notes section. Feel free to reach out to Joelinenavarro@gmail.com for any questions.
Please bring a yoga mat, journal, and pen.
