EVENT EXPERIENCE

Return to Flow is a somatic experience centered on mental wellness, emotional wellbeing, and the wisdom of the body. Through a combination of conscious-connected breathwork, bilateral stimulation, and yin yoga, we’ll create space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and gently process what we've carried.

Inspired by the element of water, this experience invites us to explore flow, softness, surrender, and emotional movement. Water reminds us that we don’t always have to push our way forward — sometimes we can soften, allow, and trust that movement will come. Together, we’ll explore a gentle discussion on somatic practice and mental wellness, move through a guided journey designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper connection with ourselves.

Come exactly as you are. No previous experience with breathwork or yoga is needed.

Chai (pronounced Kye) began developing her Hatha practice in 1998 in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. In 2025, she received her 200hr yoga teacher training and Yin Yoga teacher certificate through Yogalution Movement, LLC.

In addition to teaching yoga and marching to the beat of her own drum, she is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Clinical Supervisor for therapist associates and the Executive Director of a small nonprofit based in Long Beach called Marigold Mind & Movement. As a neurodivergent woman, a cancer survivor and a human in a constant state of healing, Chai hopes to participate in and walk alongside others who are on a similar healing journey.

JENN

Jenn is an intuitive artist, somatic facilitator, and educator who creates spaces where creativity, embodiment, and emotional healing intersect. With 16 years of experience as an art educator and a Master’s Degree in Social Emotional Learning, she has spent much of her career helping people reconnect with themselves through mindfulness, art, and embodied practices. Now a published author, her research on the effects of mindfulness-based art activities on the emotional wellbeing of continuation high school students will be released later this year. Her work is deeply influenced by various forms of art, somatic practices, Jungian psychology, and the belief that the body holds its own wisdom. Through her workshops and offerings, Jenn
invites participants to slow down, listen inward, and explore the places where emotional, energetic, and creative healing meet.
