Sue discovered a deep connection with yoga in 2016 during a challenging time in life. Seeking relief and desperate for true healing, she attended her first class at Yoga on the Bluff. With consistent practice on the bluff, Sue began to experience firsthand the tremendous and transformative healing power of the ancient science of yoga.
As her practice deepened and her body, mind and spirit continued to heal and grow stronger, Sue developed an intense desire to learn more about this healing practice and share it with others.
Sue completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2020 under the guidance of Dharma Shakti.
She enjoys connecting with students as she leads her asana practice with love and positive energy. Her classes cultivate personal healing through joy, empowerment and music while encouraging a deep connection to breath and inward focus.
A Southern California native, Sue loves practicing and teaching yoga, paddle boarding, bike riding and spending time in nature.
