I’m bringing back my most popular workshop because I believe that worthiness is at the center of our wellbeing, our happiness, and our joy.
Spend 4 hours in community gently exploring through yoga, lecture, and open discussion all the ways in which we can cultivate unconditional love, acceptance, and trust in ourselves.

Marlene has been teaching yoga and meditation for over a decade, weaving in embodied mindfulness practices of Mahayana (Tibetan) Buddhism and a career focused in brain development. With this background, she is passionate about equipping people with the tools to live a joyful, fulfilling life ~ causing people to feel “happy for no reason.” She looks forward to seeing you there!
