Service Description

The class begins with Yin Yoga which is a slow, meditative, and stretchy type of yoga. We hold simple poses for longer periods of time. The practice is based on Meridian Theory, similar to Chinese Acupuncture. Mindfulness and loving kindness is practiced throughout. Increases range of motion, settles the mind, and opens the heart. After 60 minutes of guided Yin Yoga, we begin to sit for a 15 minute guided Mindfulness Meditation.
