Service Description

Our focus will be centered around the breath, which will allow us to activate and connect to the body and mind. We will be guided through breathing patterns linked to static and dynamic movement along with methods of creating space between the thoughts and stories constantly flooding our minds. Our slow and conscious pace will create heat and build strength within the body. Through this moving mediation we will work to center and anchor our minds to the present moment with the ultimate goal of tapping into our true Self. Restorative, vinyasa, and power flows will be incorporated to activate the dormant regions within the body while releasing tension in the regions that have become overstimulated. The breathing, concentration, and movement could be practiced at any level with an open mind.
