Name your fears and transform that energy to nourish your purpose. We will identify areas of stagnation rooted in fear that limit your highest potential.
Fear is a defining characteristic that either drives or hinders the expression of our purpose. It is vital to create a healthy relationship with fear if we are to embrace our highest potential in serving our calling.
We will create a yearly reflection to identify your focus, goals, and development. While also maintaining monthly breakdowns to stay on track to meet your annual goals.
This will include financial, physical, spiritual, mental goals and actions that are centered around expressing your purpose.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This workshop will cover:
Using individualized journal prompts as a tool for self reflection
Tools to identify your fears and how they are expressed in your life
Navigating stagnation caused by fear-based thinking
Create a comprehensive annual reflection to set goals and clarify your purpose
Bring a journal and a pen. You will receive a Journal workbook.
