Many of my students and clients begin their Ayurvedic healing journey with me because they are confused about what to eat to be & stay healthy, they feel disconnected from their body, and/ or they feel overwhelmed with the process of healthy cooking while balancing their current lifestyle. 


Because we need to eat everyday to sustain our energy and physical body, one of the most direct paths to creating swastha, or harmony in our bodies is through understanding our relationship to food.   


This 6-Week Kitchen Sadhana Program is designed to provide you with the foundational practices you will need to build a healthier relationship with food and with your body.     


Kitchen Sadhana was created to help you feel confident in the kitchen and empowered to use food as medicine for your mind & body.


In this program, you will learn how to identify your body’s shifting needs and meet them with Ayurvedic principles, plant-based cooking, and medicine making.


By the end of this course, you will have:


  • A comprehensive understanding of how to make adjustments in your diet to nourish & heal your body

  • Practical tools and resources to help support your digestion to keep you vibrant, energized, & glowing from the inside-out

  • Structure in your daily routine 

  • More confidence in the kitchen and less stress about what foods to prepare for your body

  • Plant-based, Ayurvedic recipes 

  • Hands-on experience with plant-based whole foods

  • Ayurvedic spice blends for your personal kitchen pharmacy

  • 3- Plant- based Ayurvedic lunches with community

Week 3: Dinacharya, Sacred Daily Routine (July 23rd)

Week 4: Plant-Based Kapha Cooking Class (July 30th)

Week 5: Ayurvedic Spice Blends & Medicine Making (Aug 6th)

Week 6: Plant-Based Data Cooking Class (Aug 13th)
