WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
In this 2-part Ayurveda workshop, you will learn how to apply the basic principles of Ayurveda to your diet and lifestyle to restore balanced digestion, reduce added stress, and balance hormones to improve your energy and sleep.
You will also learn simple ways to prepare seasonal ingredients for optimal health and rejuvenation. Say goodbye to extreme dieting and lifestyle changes and say hello to practical habits with sustainable, long-term health benefits.

I am a proud first generation Filipinx-American, daughter of immigrants, dancer, surfer, singer, artist, animal rights activist, and bonafide human being.
I serve my community as a 1600hr board certified Ayurveda Practitioner, 2oohr certified yoga teacher, cookbook author, vegan chef, certified NASM personal trainer, professional speaker, licensed massage therapist, and professional life organizer.
My life’s work is in HELPING FOLX FIND RESOLVE ON THEIR LIFE PATH AND EXPERIENCE MORE FREEDOM + AGENCY IN THEIR BODIES THROUGH AYURVEDA & LIFESTYLE MEDICINE.
