ERIN'S JOURNEY INTO YOGA
Erin’s passion for yoga and the healing arts grew in 2016 when she moved from Ohio to Long Beach, CA. She would frequent the yoga classes at the bluff and was really inspired by all the teachers and the community.
While she noticed a lot of physical benefits from practicing yoga, it was the mental clarity, inner peace, and connection to spirit that changed her life in a profound way.
She completed her 200 hour RYT training with Dharma Shakti at Yogalution in 2018 and has also studied mindfulness meditation alongside Carina Nickerson and Marlene Martin at The Embodied Mindfulness School.
Erin now teaches yoga, meditation, and also mentors people to help them develop a deeper connection with themselves. Her yoga classes are a nice blend of yin and yang elements for balancing energy, flexibility, and calming the nervous system.
