
INTRODUCTION TO CONSENTUAL CUDDLING

WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE
~ welcome to the vibe ~
Relax and learn consensual communication and platonic cuddling basics in a gently guided exploration at the oh-so soothing Yogalution Movement studio.
We will use an alchemy of playful and well-tested exercises to exchange no-strings attached platonic touch and cuddles.
In this guided and experiential group session, participants will learn and practice consensual cuddling skills, such as:
Saying ‘no’ with self-compassion
Negotiating play agreements for every body’s pleasure
Communicating desires to connect with confidence and
Receiving platonic cuddles with trust and play
While touch is very welcome, it is not required to participate. There will be spaces to stim, witness, and take breaks.
There will also be much space to be part of platonic spoon trains, bear hugs and so much more.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS
JOZELLE
Founder of Consensual Cuddles, Jozelle Wong Yu (they/she) is a Communication Studies Professor turned Professional Cuddler, Consent Educator and Public Speaking Coach. They are passionate about facilitating sensual experiences where anyone, especially the global majority’s queers can reconnect with their radical honesty and be met with tenderness and warmth.
FATIMA
Fatima (she/they) is a public health consultant who works with the intention of alleviating health disparities through innovative solutions, with emphasis on healing and disability justice. She created Balsam Consulting as a central place to offer skills and idea-building on a needs-basis, as a way of being a resource to others in the community outside of the institutions typically designed to work against us.
