CHAI MAKING + MEDITATION

WHAT TO EXPECT

Join Yogalution Movement instructor Lisa Sutton for an afternoon of nourishment with her first Chai Meditation and Mindful Movement workshop. Attendees will come for the chai and stay for the vibes, indulging in the following:

  • 2:00pm - Guided meditation: Social time of connecting, settling and grounding 

  • 2:30 pm - CommuniTEA time: Collective chai-making, meditation, smudging, vibrational beats hosted outside in the Yogalution courtyard

  • 3:00pm - Asana practice: Gentle, trauma-informed flow

  • 3:30pm - Silent Meditation with Chai: Guided and silent sitting, tree-building

  • 4:00pm - Release Ceremony: Free dance, mantra chant for abundance

  • 4:30pm - Savasana: 10-minute savasana followed by 5-minute journaling

  • 4:45pm - Reflections: Circle share and event wrap

All attendees will leave with a recipe for making chai, along with their own jar of ingredients to take home and remake. Self-investment is $33 per person.
